The University is in the process of implementing a new academic software program. We are currently not excepting reservations for academic classroom spaces at this time. We ask that you check back on Tuesday, November 9 when the new software program will be accessible.

Reserving an Academic Classroom for Meetings & Events
Academic classrooms are available for use by UGA departments, registered student organizations, and governmental agencies. Please familiarize yourself with the Classroom Usage Policies before submitting a request to reserve classrooms.
Requests for basic meetings or events should be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the event. Requests for meetings or events requiring personnel (security, early building opening, etc.) should be submitted at least 12 business days prior to the event.
Requests submitted after these time periods may be declined.
