Campus Reservations, Events & Technical Services
WELCOME!
We offer reservations for a variety of spaces around campus, provide event planning services, and offer audio-visual coordination for events in the Tate Student Center and across campus. Our mission is to assist you in finding the right space and to help you be successful in your academic, extracurricular, and community service endeavors.
Campus Reservations, Events & Technical Services will be following the University’s holiday schedule and will be closed December 25, 2025 – January 1, 2026. Further, the online reservation system will also be closed and not available for submissions from 5pm on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, through 8am on Friday, January 2, 2026.
As always, we appreciate the opportunity to serve the University community. Our staff will return to the office at 8am on Friday, January 2, 2026. We thank you again for your patronage and hope you enjoy the holiday break.
