If you have an Agency Account or receive Student Activity Fee Allocations, your organization can sell merchandise online through the OneCard Ticket Office.

What types of merchandise can my organization sell?
Will the merchandise sales be taxed?
Yes, all merchandise sales are considered taxable revenue. The Dean of Students Business Office will calculate sales tax, deposit proceeds into the appropriate account, and file the necessary monthly sales tax reports on sales. The merchandise will generally have the applicable sales tax included in the price.
How can my organization sell merchandise through the Ticket Office?
Please fill out the Sales Request Form and send to tickets@uga.edu.
How can my members purchase merchandise?
The person that completes the form will receive a link that they can pass along to the rest of your organization. Alternatively, members can go to this link and locate the correct merchandise they would like to purchase. They will need to register as an Online Customer so that your organization will be notified of each individual who made a purchase. They can pay online with a debit or credit card. They can also come to the Dean of Students Business Office Window located in Tate Student Center to pay with cash or check. They will get an email receipt with the itemized details of their purchase. The organization will determine how to manage distribution of the items purchased.
