Free notary service is available to UGA students, faculty, and staff upon presentation of UGA OneCard.
For the general public, a fee of $2.00 per document notarized will apply.

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN YOUR DOCUMENTS UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY OUR NOTARY.

The notary public will verify your identity and then must witness you signing your documents. If you have already signed your document, you will need to print a new copy to be properly (and legally) notarized.

What to Bring

• Please be sure to bring the ENTIRE document (not just the page to be notarized!)
• A valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, military ID).
• $2.00 per document to be notarized, OR Your UGA OneCard to waive the notary fee
