Currently, we are holding all Departmental requests for classroom spaces in academic buildings while the University weighs its options for continuing instruction for the fall semester. You may still submit your Departmental requests; however, they will not be processed at this time. When able, we will process reservation requests in the order that they were received.

Student Organization requests for classroom spaces in academic buildings are not being accepted at this time and have been delayed. We will be accepting Student Organization requests for classroom spaces in academic buildings beginning on August 1st.

Campus Reservations, Events & Technical Services (“CRETS”) is part of the University’s larger Centralized Scheduling Team. We offer reservations for a variety of spaces around campus, provide event planning services, and offer audio-visual coordination for events in the Tate Student Center and across campus. Our mission is to assist you in finding the right space and to help you be successful in your academic, extra-curricular, and community service endeavors.

Please make sure to review and familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions for reservations and use of campus facilities and spaces.

The University’s Freedom of Expression policy covers the use of publicly accessible open areas on campus for the purposes of expressive activity. The University's policy on reserving space is listed here.
