September 5 Braves Game Shirt Design
Where is the event?
The Atlanta Braves vs Washington Nationals game will be held at Suntrust Park located at 755 Battery Ave., Atlanta, GA 30339.
When is the event?
The event is Thursday, September 5, 2019. The game begins at approximately 7:20 p.m. Participants will have a reserved seat on the provided charter bus transportation that will leave the campus Intramural Lot E01A at 3:30 p.m. if selected when completing the waiver. If not selected on the waiver by Tuesday, September 3, 2019 by 12:00p.m., a seat is not guaranteed.
Who can attend?
The event is limited to UGA students only. A valid UGACard will be required for participation.
How much does it cost?
SOLD OUT! This include a ticket to the game (Vista Corner section), a commemorative baseball tee, transportation to and from the game, snacks, and bottled water. Tickets can be purchased at the Tate Student Center cashier window or at http://tate.uga.edu/bravesgame. No refunds will be granted. Please contact email@example.com for questions or concerns.
Can I use someone else’s UGACard to gain entry?
No one will be allowed to use a UGACard that is not issued to them.
Do I have to have my UGACard to participate?
Before boarding the bus, participants must provide their ticket confirmation, completed waiver, and UGACard.

How do I get to the event, and where do I park?
You can either provide your own personal transportation or ride the provided transportation. If taking the provided transportation, you will be able to park on campus in the Intramural Lot E01A. Transportation to Suntrust Park will be provided by CSAI via a charter bus. If you are a participant that is riding the bus you must board the bus by 3:30 p.m.
What can I take into the stadium?

Will food be provided?
A variety of snacks and a bottle of water will be provided to each participant. No food or drink items will be provided to participants inside Suntrust Park.
Do I have to ride the bus?
No. It is optional to ride the bus if attending. If you want a reserved seat on the provided transportation, you must email (email@example.com) or physically turn in your waiver by Tuesday, September 3, 2019 by 12:00 p.m. On the waiver you must mark that you will not be providing personal transportation. If you do not turn in the waiver by the stated deadline, there’s no guarantee that you will have a seat on the bus.
Does everyone attending have to sign a waiver?
Yes. If you are attending this event, you must fill out a waiver regardless of if you ride the provided transportation or are providing your own personal transportation.
When will I receive my ticket?
If you are riding the bus, you will receive your ticket upon arrival to Suntrust Park. If you are providing your own transportation you will be able to pick up your ticket on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from 8:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. in the Center for Student Activities and Involvement. Please note that in order to receive a ticket, you must have a completed waiver turned in.
If I provide my own personal transportation, do I have to pay for my own parking?
Yes. If a participant decides to provide their own personal transportation and not ride the provided charter bus, that participant is responsible for their own parking at Suntrust Park.
What happens if it rains?
If there is inclement weather, MLB will make the determination if a game is cancelled and how it is to be rescheduled. Please follow the link for more information: https://www.mlb.com/braves/tickets/rainout-policy. We will communicate via email to participating students regarding any event updates.
